When you stretch, do you think you're supposed to relax your muscle so it can stretch way out there? Do you breathe deep the muscle and let it relax? 

Let me throw something out there. Try the opposite. Try contracting the muscle. Make a Popeye muscle in your bicep if you're stretching it.
