Hey everyone, it's Kim. Normally Dave does these podcasts, but I was just sitting here thinking... and just wanted to share something with you guys. You hear us tell our stories all the time about how we were broken and the amazing results that we've had by stretching and moving... but what about you? Are you broken?
Are you in denial that you're broken?
Because I've definitely been there myself, but maybe you aren't broken, and that's amazing!
Maybe you're feeling amazing and you move really well.
Well, we're still the perfect place for you and we'd love for you to join us. You don't have to be broken to wanna improve who you are mentally and even physically.
You don't have to be broken to wanna make sure that you move well for your whole life.
You wanna age well.
You wanna keep feeling this amazing feeling that you're feeling today, and you should... or maybe you wanna make some friends or just decompress a little bit.
Classes are perfect for you for that. . So just because you aren't broken doesn't mean that you shouldn't join us and you shouldn't stretch daily and add resistance stretching into your routine.
It really is amazing and a game changer if you've never tried it before.
So think about it, and if you're not broken, it's okay. I applaud you.
Come join us in preventing getting broken in the future.
I look forward to chatting with you if it's online or in person.
I will talk to you guys soon and thanks for listening to my random thoughts today.
Have a great day.
