Reset, breathe, and restore. I'm preaching that all of the time. And you know what? For the past week I did exactly that. After 18 months of daily messages, where I share my insights, my inspirations, the things that are working for me and my family and our, students, our members, I decided to take a week off and I did.
And those of you that reached out to me... concerned, I sincerely appreciate that concern and your love. It was amazing to hear from you, but, I have taken the time, I've reset and I'm ready to come back stronger than ever.
Another thing that happened during this week is we have two new projects we're working on, and I'm gonna tell you a little bit about both because we're really excited about them.
The first one is a 17 day fitness and health reset. This is enroll one time and you'll have this reset for the rest of your life. It's a lifetime membership in this 17 day fitness and health reset.
What we do for 17 days we're gonna go through every day and cover one of the techniques, one of the subjects that has helped us to live our long, fit, healthy, happy life in our seventies. We feel amazing, and you can too.
We know! We've worked with lots of people, thousands of people actually, who have turned their lives around, who realize age is just a number.
And that brings up our other project that we've developed. I'm calling it Ageless Warriors right now, and what it is, is a semi-private coaching group where we get together, we work together, we provide you more in-depth information on each of these individual subjects. There's more information coming out on that one, but that one's gonna be dynamic because it's gonna include some individual one-on-one attention combined with group sessions, and it's gonna be very exclusive.
So we're really excited about that program.
When you rest and reset, it's amazing what can come out of it? I've got two amazing programs that we are putting together that are going to bless so many people. Honest to God, honest to God. These are things that are gonna take it next level.
With that said, I recommend you do the same when you need that rest and reset... now don't just use it as an excuse to be lazy. I talk about this often. Sometimes we'll take these things and go, eh, I just don't want to do anything. Well, it doesn't mean you don't do anything. It means you stop. You stop doing what you're currently doing and you take X number of days. I choose a week on this one, and you breathe and you relax, and you think, and you meditate.
I did a lot of meditating this last week. I will tell you, meditation's another subject. We're gonna get deeper and deeper into. .
Anyway, that was an aside. That was one of my little diversions that I take. Let's get back to this.
When you rest and restore and reset, it has to be a conscious effort to better yourself.
Not to just say, you know what? I don't feel like doing anything. I'm not going to do it.
So next time you rest and reset... and restore, be sure, be sure that you are taking the time for you... to enrich yourself, to bring relaxation in your life, to bring inspiration in your life.
