Here's an interesting thought. You are responsible for your own health, your own fitness, your own wellbeing. Don't let anybody, even a spouse, even a parent, even somebody very close to you, convince you to not do what you know you need to do. 

You need to move every day. You need to eat clean. You need to breathe deeply, and you need to drink plenty of liquids, to drink, plenty of nourishing, hydrating liquids, not dehydrating. Now coffee doesn't count as a negative anymore, but it also doesn't count as a positive. So you gotta get enough water to get your body hydrated. And then good sleep also is very important.

So, If somebody is telling you, oh, you need to keep eating that fudge. You need to keep eating that pizza, you know what? You need to just back off. But you know that's not right for your body. It's time for you to tell that person, thank you very much for caring about me, but I'm gonna make my own choices because I want to be healthy, fit, and happy, and I'm gonna do it. 

That's today's tip. Be responsible for your own fitness, health, and happiness, and life will be good.
