Yep. I'm coming to you today seated in a chair. How about that? Now, I know if you're not watching this on video, you don't know that, but I'm telling you, I'm sitting down and why am I sitting down? I'm sitting down because I want you to know that even if your current physical condition, your current health, you can't stand for very long, you can't get up and down off the floor.

Guess what? There's no excuse for you not to get an easy movement session in.

How do you do that? You do it seated. You can have a a little corgeous ball. That would be like a little pillow. You can have a bolster. There's so many things you can do from a chair. You can march in place, you can twist, you can turn, you can move your arms overhead.

Like I say, the list is endless, so I want you to know that no matter what your current physical health condition is, start in a chair. Start doing simple, easy exercises in a chair, but do something. The whole goal is to do something every single day.

And not fool around with your health because you know what?

As you get older, if you fool around with your health, you end up being on a couch potato and you spend your life in this chair, if you can improve, it's going to make a huge difference. And maybe you'll get up out of the chair. And I know some people have issues where they'll never get outta the chair. That's okay. There's still no reason you can't become strong, fit, healthy and take deep, full breaths.

Okay, so no excuses. This one would be no excuses.

Grab a chair because that's exactly what my tip of the day is.

And maybe you have some of those days where you're sore and you hurt. Maybe you, uh, poured concrete all day yesterday, , and you're stiff and sore.

If you did or you gardened and you just can't stand, you can't sit. Grab a chair, do some simple cat cows, do some deep breath. Get your head side to side. Get those arms moving, get some blood flowing, get some energy moving throughout your body and find how your life changes.

Do something every day. You've got 30 minutes. This is a theme I'm stuck on. You've got 30 minutes. Do not tell me you don't have 30 minutes in a day. That's bs and we all know what BS stands for, right?

Nasty.

Don't give me that bit, that you don't have 30 minutes a day because you do. Once you make it a priority. Once you make it a priority to move and feel better than you've felt in the past, to be able to do the things you love to do, once you make that a priority, 30 minutes, that ain't nothing, man.

That ain't nothing That is so worth it.

That's it. Grab a chair, get a workout in. Till I talk to you tomorrow, move well, stay healthy, be happy, live every day with passion, even if you're sitting in a chair. Talk to you later.
