Why do we do this? Why do I say give 30 to 45 minutes a day and you're going to age so amazingly that it will blow your mind? It's all about moving with ease. Classes designed to help you to move easy, to get stronger, to get more flexible, and to stay that way no matter how old you get. It can work.
This, this message today is really just to assure you that it can work.
We've helped hundreds of people to... fold over and touch the floor easier, to move through things that they thought they could never do. Some down dogs and doing pushups and things you didn't think you could do. But that's not what it's about. What it's about is moving through your day with ease, about creating space in your body, about opening up your lungs, about breathing fully.
And it doesn't have to be our classes. I mean, God, I would love it if you came to our classes. I've designed them... we've designed... each designed our own classes to help you to find that ease in your life, to age... become ageless basically.
Most of the people who do our classes on a regular basis, who have the habit of getting up in the morning and doing a 30 to 45 minute class are ageless.
As they get older, they feel better than they did when they were 30, 40, 50 years old. Many people that come to us, yeah, 60, 70. A lot of you I know are 30, 40, but hopefully, you know, those that are 30, 40. You're brilliant. I wish when I was 30, I had done something like this. It would've changed my life. But let me just assure you, it's out there, it's available to you.
You CAN move with ease every day of your life. You just have to get the mindset. You have to eat right. You've gotta drink, you've gotta get good sleep, and you gotta move every day. Those are the four basic pillars, the basic foundations, breath, hydration, movement, and food plus sleep. So there's five now. Anyways, that's today's message.
You can move with ease once you make a decision to do it. Once you make a decision to do the... I think 30 minutes a day. Even people that tell me they're so busy, they don't have 30 minutes a day. I don't believe it. I gotta believe you're wasting 30 minutes somewhere. I gotta believe there's a news show, a TV show, something you could give up to create that 30 minutes in your life.
That's today's message. Create that 30 minutes. Do something every day to keep your body moving well, and you'll be surprised if you're one of those busy people. As you move with more ease, as you get more mental clarity, as you breathe deeper and, and, and get more energy, you get more done.
