Here is today's reflection:

I am thankful for each and every day.

Each day is unique and a blessing to experience. Even those days that seem negative have valuable lessons to teach. I take each day in stride. There are many subtle reasons to be thankful for each and every day.

Each day is another opportunity to share time and experiences with those I love. The closeness of my friends and family keeps me going during challenging times and makes me smile during good times. Each day I am able to spend with those I love is a worthwhile day.

Living for another day means I can enjoy the beauty of nature. It is ever-changing and a constant source of amazement to me. I feel at peace when I experience the natural world.

Each morning I wake up with anticipation of what lies ahead. It is impossible to predict what life may bring, which makes my life so interesting.

Another day on Earth is another day to rejoice!

I understand that life is short and passes quickly. I am determined to make the most of each day. I am free from worry and concern. The prospect of living another day fills me with excitement.

Today, I look forward to another interesting and meaningful day. I use my time wisely and enjoy the process of living. I face challenges directly and with a smile. I am thankful that I get to live another day.

What have a learned from the challenging times in my life.
When have I felt hopeless in the past? Why do things eventually improve?
What do I have to look forward to in my life?

Take a deep breath, close your eyes and see what comes to your mind for the next few minutes while you listen to the splashing waves beneath the studio. Don't fight or judge, just listen. Watch for the nuggets of wisdom that come your way.
