Hey gang, here's a little tip for blood sugar regulation.

Now, let's say you've had a day and you've allowed yourself a little bit of a treat, and either you have spiked your blood sugar, you're worried about spiking your blood sugar, well, here's a little exercise that can help resolve that... Or maybe you've been sitting at your chair all day long.

We're gonna work on the calf muscle, but we're not gonna work on the big calf muscle in the back. The Gastroc gonna work on the outside. You've got this whole soleus muscle that comes right down here.

Now this muscle does not digest glucose, so when you activate the muscle, it gets the blood flowing. It helps to burn glucose.

So what we wanna do to bring our blood sugar down, we simply do heel raises, which you want to do seated heel raises.

You're sitting at your desk working, whatever, and all you simply do is lift those heels. working that muscle and drop them down... down about a hundred times. It's not really like, it's a difficult exercise.

It will amaze you. I've had some tremendous results with this... a little confession... Last week we had, uh, cranberry bars, which it's a special little treat. We get at one of the local bakeries and I was able to lower my blood sugar 30 points, doing a hundred reps of these.

I've been testing it on and off, most of the time, it can reduce my blood sugar anywhere from 10 to 20 points.

Now this does not give you permission to eat whatever you want, whenever you want.

We want to control our blood sugar, we want a normal controlled blood sugar, but it's a little tip you may try for yourself to help regulate that blood sugar, maybe to um, kind of mitigate some of the damage, when you take that little, when you do that little extra that maybe you shouldn't. Okay?

That's today's tip. Move well. Stay healthy, be happy. Live every day with passion, purpose, and live a long fit, healthy, happy life. Amen.
