Here's one you probably have not heard before. Do you have floaters? You know those little guys, they almost look like dust particles that float around in your eyes. Are you familiar with those? Well, I found an accupressure point... It's a liver point that actually help resolve those.

Now this is one... you know I don't come to you until it's worked for me, they're not all gone, but it relieves them greatly.

What you do, you're gonna find that accupressure point. You come right down where the breast kind of meets the rest of the torso. In between the ribs, you're gonna press until you find a sore spot. Mine is right there. Now, you just push in, you make little circles, and you breathe deeply for 30 to 60 seconds.

It's that simple. I find myself, anytime my floaties get really rocking around. Which my left eye gets really bad floaters. It actually is resolving it. I've never found anything... my eye doctor swears you cannot resolve floaters. Just like my doctor swears you can't get rid of neuropathy. Well, I've gotten rid of neuropathy and I'm hoping by continuing to use this accu pressure point. Pushing in, in between the ribs and the intercostal muscle in between the ribs right below the breast, kind of over to the side. You push in there, you find that sore spot, and you just give it a little bit of love for 30 to 60 seconds.

I mean, if it doesn't work, Doesn't hurt anything. It won't create any problems for you. I guarantee you that, and maybe that little sore spot will go away.

But right there, I had a couple floaters going in my eye, my left eye, and as I did that, they went away. I have only have one little floater left right now.

Give it a try. Give it a try. It's a tip. It's something that you can take and test it, and if it works for you, great. If it doesn't, great.

Another great way to relieve those floaters I have found is just take some deep breaths and relax. Sometimes there's a little tension, a little stress involved. They'll get much worse for me when I'm tense. So if I just relax around the eyes sometimes that will fix it.

So give it a try. Give it a try. Like I said, you've got nothing to lose. I'll be coming back with more tips for health, longevity, things that have helped Peggy and I to thrive into our seventies.

Actually, I'm 69 at this point. Peggy's early seventies, and we're thriving. We plan on thriving well into our nineties, in fact we plan on doing these videos and teaching classes well into our nineties.

So with that, may you move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live every day with purpose and passion. Talk to you next time.
