Hey, maybe we should just grab a cup of coffee and sit down and jaw jack for a little while.

Sometimes that's exactly what it takes to get past things. Just visiting, finding somebody that you connect with that you can just open up. You can be yourself. You can be honest. Well, let me be that for you right now.

What can I do to help you thrive?

Oh, you, you're, you're not gonna answer . Okay. That's all right. Because we can't do this online. That's why you have to find somebody that you can talk to, that you can be open with, you can be honest with, you can be yourself with.

And maybe you should try doing that anyway, just be more yourself. Be open. I know there's certain things you can't say, especially as polarized as society is right now, but I know you can find one person that you can sit down with, grab that cup of coffee and just jaw jack for a while.

I always liked, Kenny Ness. I don't know how many of you would've known him, but he was a larger than life logger around here and he just loved to sit and jaw jack and he kinda liked to sit and go after political people. If he knew you were right, he'd go left. If he knew you were left, he'd go right. And he'd just kinda stoke the fire.

But he was a jaw jacker and that's where I got the term from. He said, come on Dave, let's sit down and jaw jack for a while. And uh, and we just talked. And it was nice being open and honest, and I have other people I talk to now.

So my recommendation out of all this is not that you drink coffee or tea or anything in particular, but you just find a time to relax and find somebody to jaw jack with and shoot the breeze.

I think you're gonna find that that brings a lot of peace and a lot of tranquility into your life.

Don't make it a competition, do it, where you can just be free to be yourself.

Hopefully that's kind of a little bit of advice that can help you out. Um, we, we all struggle so much anymore. There's just so much going on in this world that just doesn't seem right.

It can be very frustrating. So find somebody you connect with, find a group you can connect with, somebody where you can speak without judgment. I think in this day and age, it's more important than ever.

May you find that person. May you move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live a life of purpose and passion... and maybe your purpose is finding people you can share that with and sitting down for a few minutes, once a week, whatever, just so that you both can be. Free to be who you are. Talk to you tomorrow.
