I've talked about this before, and it's basically that the physical is not that hard. It's actually, once you decide to do it, it's really a piece of cake. There's different exercises and stretches, there's all kinds of stuff out there. You can keep yourself really engaged and entertained and make the body improvements you want to make with really very little effort.

What I wanna point out though is it's all about mindset. If you have trouble making movement, making exercise a priority, it's never gonna work. 

So what you have to do is create a situation where you are willing, not willing, were you are absolutely not willing to pass. 

Let's say that you've dedicated yourself to do a class Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday... even better, Monday through Saturday. 

Make that where it's not negotiable. Where you just get up and go, like going to work. You get up and go to work, or you did for years. You just got up and you did it. Whether you felt like it or not.

Well, I guarantee you the movement is so important that whatever you have decided to do, treat it just like your job. Don't hate it. I mean, it should be something you love and, and I know, I know the truth. Once you get to your class, once you get to the gym, once you get to whatever it is you are doing to make yourself fit and happy, whether you get on that walk, sometimes it's hard to get out the door.

But once you get there, once you get to the class, once you get up in the dark, cloudy, rainy morning, and you drag yourself into class it's so worth it and you know, you know you want to do it. 

So stop talking yourself out of it. Start talking yourself into doing it, and then make it something that's just flat out, not negotiable.

I am going to get up. I am going to do class today, period. 

It's all simple. It can be simple, easy, and super effective. Just do it.
