We constantly have these issues where we're plugged up, especially those of us in the Pacific Northwest. There's a lot of mold and things floating around here, so we have a tendency to get congested. I know I have other videos in the body fixes about how to relieve that congestion.
One of the things you have to do is find what works best for you. There are certain things that'll work for some people and not for others, that we're all built differently and that's part of the issue.
Here's one I found recently. It's been very effective for me lately.
You have this line right down the side of your nose, so what I want you to do is take your fingers and just run 'em down the down that side.
You're going to find a couple sore spots most likely.
When you find that sore spot, just simply push in and hold it for 30 to 60 seconds. You can make little circles. Sometimes I'll do it one side at a time. If I'm laying on my side saying one side is plugged up, I'll just, at night I'll just run it down and find that sore spot and you push in on that sore spot.
And you might have to do this a few times, but I have found this to be very very effective for me. In fact, it just opened up that sinus right there.
There's some other great tips if you just search for sinus or congestion on our... on the body fix page, you should be able to find, I think there's three or four up now, different methods of releasing that congestion in your sinuses, and hopefully that'll help.
