There's so many ways to grow self-esteem. One of the most powerful ways to build self-esteem is through affirmations. Affirmations for self-esteem may seem odd at first and you may actually feel silly saying these things out loud. Yet it has been shown that affirmations for self-esteem are an influential way to feel more positive and more accepting of yourself. 

The stress of everyday life can wear on our self-esteem. So practicing these affirmations can be a great way to counteract the negativity. 

If you began to integrate affirmations in your daily life, you will quickly see the benefits and a reduction of stress and a boost of confidence. 

I've put together a list of affirmations that you can use to help boost your self esteem. Going to go through them slowly today and then when I'm done, you can pick the ones that work best for you to incorporate into your daily practice.
