Hey, just wrapping up here on a Wednesday morning right after my classes and a couple stretches, and my back's feeling way better and I'm standing here looking out at the river.

Supposedly, according to somebody I was talking to, this river is supposed to give me inspiration.

Let's see if I can get inspired here.

Let's take some nice deep breaths. Take a nice deep breath in... And a long, slow exhale.

This is pretty inspiring. Look at the way the river flows. Reminds me of my old days when I talked about how we picked the name RiversZen.

Think about this, water. Water is soft. You dip your hand in water, it's soft, it's pliable, but yet, have you ever been hit by a wave at the beach and that water just knocks you over.

That's one reason we picked RiversZen, because RiversZen... where where our studios are at... is the most powerful point of the river. The river's strong, it's powerful, and yet at the same time, it's peaceful.

So that's where RiversZen came from when we chose the name 11 years ago.

So when we talk about moving like water... I talk about that when I'm leading the classes that we incorporate some Qigong. That's what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the softness, and yet the strength and the power.

So moving your body like water is exactly what I want you to think about. So anytime you're doing that type of a practice, anytime you're swaying side to side, anytime you're reaching up overhead, anytime you do an easy forward fold, that slow swan dive all the way down. Think about moving like water.

Move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live with passion. I will talk to you tomorrow.
