Following your own advice. Sometimes that can be one of the hardest things to do.

I'm always telling people to evaluate where they're at and if they need to, to take a little time to relax, rest and let something heal.

Well, recently I tweaked my back. I did some things that I shouldn't have been doing for the as long as I did them, and I tweaked my back and I fought it for like three days, and then I finally said, okay, I have to take a couple days off and let this heal.

Well, I'm in day two of that healing now, and it's gotten really better. It's almost gone. It's isolated to one side and it's gotten so much better, where I know if I kept pushing through, doing especially my flow classes... something about warriors can tweak my back if I'm not careful.

So by canceling those classes for two days, I'm able to get to a point where I can heal and I'll be in great shape by Monday morning.

I wanna encourage you to do the same. Don't use it as a reason to wimp out and not do a class or not do something you need to do and that you can do.

But be honest with yourself. Be sober and evaluate what you need to do and when you need to take that time, take a deep breath and take that time. Life will be okay. I guarantee you that whatever you need to do today and tomorrow will still be there the day after.

So, That's it. That's the message for the day is, is listen to your body, do what you need to do and be aware.

Talk to you tomorrow.
