Happy New Year's Eve. 

It's Saturday, December 31st, 2022. 

Tomorrow begins a brand new year 2023. How do you want to enter that year? This is going to be my yearly word of caution. 

Whatever you choose to do today, be it food, be it alcohol, be it just sitting like a couch potato all day. Think about how that's going to impact the first day of 2023.

How do you wanna start your year? 

Do you wanna start your year hungover, miserable, bloated, unhappy, just dragging yourself out of bed? 

Or do you wanna start your new year energized full of life? 

If you do, then my recommendation is be very mindful of what you do today. 

Party, have a great time, maybe a little bit of alcohol if that's your thing, maybe a little extra treat. But don't push yourself over the edge. 

Honor yourself, respect yourself, and those around you, have a great time... you know what? You don't need the booze. You don't need the food. You can have a great time just taking deep breaths, a little bit of movement, a little bit of exercise, getting out in nature. There are so many great things you can do to celebrate. Spend time with friends, party, laugh. 

Try it. Try it this year. Don't fall into that trap of holiday abuse to yourself. 

Move well, stay healthy, be happy, live with passion. And I have a New Year's message for you tomorrow morning, so be sure to tune in.
