Do you ever think about how often you use the word but in your daily life? 

Probably not.

But now we're going become conscious of it because without even realizing it, we all fall into using phrases that use the word, but. It can happen often. 

It sounds something like this 

I would have done that but... 

I could pursue my dream. But...

I could try tapping more, but... 

I could eat beter, but...

I could take a risk. But..

Common buts we all find ourselves thinking or saying also include, but what if, but I don't know how, but I can't, but I'm too busy, but I'm afraid, but it's not possible. 

Here's the thing... buts keep us stuck. 

They hold us back and get in our way from showing up fully in our lives and going after our dreams. 

As Les brown once said the only limits to the possibilities in your life tomorrow, are the butts you use today. 

And the best way to bust through these buts is to become conscious of them. 

To give ourselves permission to notice when we say the word, but, and to pause and to take a step back and to reflect. 

And simply ask yourself, is this really true? 

So today let's do our best to kick these buts to the curb and release them from holding us back. 

It all begins with awareness. 

Move well, stay healthy, be happy, live with passion and purpose.

And let's kick butt!
