The three keys to achieving pretty much anything you'd like to achieve.

Consistency, persistency, and presence.

It's that simple.

Want to get more flexible?

Do resistance stretching every day.

Do you want to get rid of

anxiety?

Tap.

Better blood flow?

QiGong.

There are so many simple things that can create so much joy in your life, so much happiness in your life. So much strength, so much flexibility.

But you know what? You gotta do 'em.

You have to be consistent and persistent. You have to do them every day. And when I say every day, I mean seven days a week. Let's face it, if you want to do... better blood flow... so you've got this little Qigong flow that you do, or you come to a Qigong class, or you use the Qigong online classes that are available. And you do a 10, 20 minute Qigong flow every day, you're going to improve your circulation. You're going to improve your blood flow. Not only that, you're gonna have better energy, you're gonna have more flexibility, you're gonna have more strength.

Same thing with flexibility and strength, resistance stretching.

It's the answer to both, but you have to do it every day.

Anxiety, stress, tap... tapping meditation. It's gold. It's magic.

But you gotta do it every day.

So the secret to success is not the techniques.

The secret to success is what you do with those techniques.

Are you consistent? Are you persistently consistent? You don't miss a day.

Are you present? Are you paying attention to what you're doing or making sure you're noticing how your body's moving? You're following your breath, you're making decisions about just letting anxiety and stress go, not fighting them, and then tapping on that and doing them every single fricking day.

I know that sounds like a lot, but you know, in the big scope of things to feel good. How amazing would it be to give up 30 minutes a day. Maybe 20 minutes a day, maybe 10 minutes a day with a practice that you're consistent, persistent, and present.

That doesn't seem like too big of a price to me. How about you?

I'll tell you what, once you discover it, you discover that it feels good to feel good.

I've been saying that a lot lately because it does feel good to feel.

So consistent, persistent, and present, and whatever tool you use, watch the miracles happen.

My hope for you is always that you may move well, stay healthy, be happy, and live every single day with purpose and passion.
