Do you ever get down? Maybe even a little sad and you don't know why?

It happens occasionally, we all have things in our lives that just don't go perfectly or maybe we're lacking a little self-esteem, a little self-confidence.

I've always found the best way when this happens to me is first just breathe through it. Sometimes you just have to give yourself permission to be a little sad for awhile, to be a little down for awhile.

Then maybe start evaluating, like did something in particular happen? Was there something that may have happened in your past that is affecting you now? Or maybe was it actually a warning? Of something that you're not quite doing right... and you want to turn that around.

It can be so many different things. I know sometimes there are wonderful times, events, and locations in my past that I long for. We often long for things we've had before and would love to relive those times, but often they're not available. I mean many of the locations that I long for, not there anymore, they're totally different than they were when I was young.

So today I'm inviting you to breathe deeply. And work through these situations. Give yourself permission to be a little contemplative from now and then... to not beat yourself up and go, oh my God, I'm depressed.

Don't reach for the medications, please, please, please, please... gosh the more I read... the more fear it makes for me, for our society.

So try to breathe, try to relax, give yourself permission to get through it.

Then when you discover what it is... then just breathe and go, oh my gosh, I can fix that. That's not that hard. All I have to do is find something to replace that negative feeling.

Hope that makes sense to you. Hope it can help next time you're feeling a little off.

May you move well, stay healthy, be happy. Live with passion. Talk to you tomorrow... look forward to it
