When was the last time you thought about your goals? When was the last time you sat down and reviewed your goals?
Goal setting is important. I, I think people get a little crazy with goal setting sometimes, but until you understand what you really want and why you really want it, it's really hard to make improvements.
So my suggestion for you today is to take a long, slow, deep breath. It's always my suggestion... take that long, slow, deep breath, and then release any tension, any stress in your body.
Now start thinking about your goals.
What would you like to accomplish in life?
What would your perfect life look like?
What it would be like if you got up every morning with a passion to live your life fully?
How amazing would that be?
I heard a statistic the other day that 80% of our thoughts are negative.
Boy, if we can do something about that, if we can turn that around, it's a huge difference because they say you are what you think.
That is 100% true. The more you dwell on a negative, the more negative your life becomes, the more you dwell on the positive, the more positive your life becomes. And I'm not being a Pollyanna. I mean, you know, burying my head in the sand and saying, Ooh, Ooh, if you think positive all the time, life's going to be good.
Nah, sometimes it sucks, but that's something we have to live with.
But if you can give a positive spin on things that surely does make your day better.
