Here is today's reflection:
I can do anything I set my mind to.
The most challenging part of any journey is making a decision. Once I have made a decision, I know that I can accomplish anything. I make up my mind and then stick with my decision.
I know that I can be successful at anything in life.
I am committed and determined. I maintain a positive attitude when challenges occur. I am prepared for anything.
I am becoming more capable and disciplined with each passing day. My capabilities are growing rapidly. I am breaking through my barriers on a daily basis.
My ability to focus is excellent. I am mindful of my purpose and organize my life accordingly.
I am able to block out distracting thoughts. Distractions are quickly removed from my life. The distractions that remain are easily overcome. I set my mind to a task and maintain my concentration.
I know the value of discipline. I remember the many goals I have accomplished in the past. I use the lessons from these successfully attained goals to hone my discipline in the present moment. I am focused on what I can accomplish today.
Today, I am committed to doubling my efforts and my focus. My mind determines my outcomes. I can do anything I set my mind to.
