I just want to stop the world and get off.  Do you ever have one of those days?  What do you do when that happens?

I just want to stop the world and get off. 

Do you ever have one of those days? 

What do you do when that happens? When you're going through your day and you just are so exhausted, you're so tired. You're so over the edge that you just don't want to participate, what do you do? 

Well, here's a suggestion. Next time you really feel that way why don't you take a deep breath and do exactly that? Why don't you take that day off? Why don't you take some time for yourself to breathe, relax, find something nourishing to do... nourishing for you, nourishing for your soul... that you can do to reset. 

And head out to the next day and just keep things going, get right back on the horse.

Of course, we don't want to do that every single day. In fact, if you're wanting to do that every single day, you really probably need to see a professional or at least get yourself lost in a tapping program or a meditation program or something because you're probably dealing with depression if that happens to you every single day.

I'm not a psychologist, I'm not a doctor, but I've seen enough of this, that I know how this goes.

So that's my suggestion. If you have one of those days and it's a rare day and you just go, my God, just stop the world. I want to get off, I don't want to play anymore. 

Do it for a day... And then get right back to whatever your life is... starting over the next day.
