Move well, stay healthy, be happy. What more do we need? 

There's a reason we use that as our motto, our slogan, our goal... to help 10,000 people to move well, stay healthy, to be happy for the rest of their lives, using tools, techniques, strategies to do that. 

I don't think that's a bad goal to you?

I think it's something we all could look at and say, you know what? 

Moving well, it means I can just glide through the day I can move well.

Staying healthy. Part of staying healthy is not having disease, but maybe getting off medications... it's stress reduction. There's so much involved in that. It's all possible.

And being happy. I think that being happy comes naturally as soon as you get the other two taken care of. You can't help, but get happy if you're getting up in the morning and you can't wait to attack your day and you're breathing well and you're moving well and you just are not sick. Your stress is reduced. 

I think it's an amazing goal. I'm going to suggest today that maybe you adopt this goal.

My goal is to move well, stay healthy and be happy. 

Think about making that your goal too.
