When life is a little hectic ,overwhelming and stressful, there is so much power in taking a few minutes out of your day to slow down and be a little gentle with yourself. 

I want to share a few reminders with you today that I find helpful to return to... when I need some reassurance and comfort that I am human. I'm doing my best and all is well despite whatever might be going on. 

So here is what I want you to remember today. 

Number one. It's okay if things don't turn out how you expect them to. 

Two. it is okay to adjust course and choose another path. 

Three. It's okay. If you don't have all the answers right now. 

Four. It's okay to be a beginner and be clumsy when trying something you've never done before. 

Five. It's okay if at all takes some time. 

Six. It's ok to feel your feelings, whatever they may be. 

Seven. It's okay if you don't always feel okay. 

Eight. It's okay to ask for help. 

Nine It's okay to rest even when there's a lot to do. 

Ten. It's okay if you need to take a break from growing and make space to just be. 

Let's take a nice deep breath together and allow yourself to be here in this moment. To be present. You took this time for yourself. Whatever you might be experiencing today. It's okay. Whatever you need, whatever supports you, whatever nourishes your soul. It's okay. 

I invite you to give yourself one reminder to take with you through the rest of your day. 

Complete the sentence for yourself. It's okay to... what is it okay to feel, to do, to be... what comes to mind? 

Move well. Stay healthy. Be happy. Live your day with passion and purpose.
