From time to time, we can all feel like we're stuck in a rut. We find ourselves spinning our wheels, doing the same thing over and over, getting caught in a cycle that just isn't working for us. We want change and we want to move forward, but that feeling of being stuck and unable to change can feel hard to break.

From time to time, we can all feel like we're stuck in a rut. We find ourselves spinning our wheels, doing the same thing over and over, getting caught in a cycle that just isn't working for us. We want change and we want to move forward, but that feeling of being stuck and unable to change can feel hard to break.
So today for all of us who may be hoping to create changes in our lives I want to offer this little tidbit of advice from Dr. Joe Dispenza. The hardest part about change is not making the same choices we made the day before.
So simple. Yet so profound, right?
Getting stuck in habit and familiarity. We get used to doing the same thing, and it's just hard to not make the same kind of choices we are in the habit of making.
So today. I encourage all of us to become aware of that possibility. In what ways might we be making the same choices that we made the day before.
In what ways might we be striving for change, but not actually giving ourselves new opportunities to do so.
How might we be stuck in a habit?
Now. If you'd like, In this moment here and now feel free to reflect on one small choice you can make today that is different from the choices you made yesterday.
What's one small way you can take a step outside of the norm today in service of positive change?
Now if nothing comes to mind try something small and even a little bit silly. Brush your teeth with your opposite hand. Take a different road to the grocery store. What you're doing is simply letting your brain know that you can make different choices.
You're opening your mind to look at your habits and decide differently.
I'm glad we had this moment together today to reflect on change and habits and choices.
I'm proud of you for making new choices today, whatever that may mean for you.
Move well, stay healthy, be happy, live with passion and purpose.
