What is your favorite excuse? 

We all have our favorite excuses for not wanting to do something... for not doing something. 

So what's your favorite excuse? 

Think about it a minute and come up with the reason that you won't do something that you know you need to do. 

What is your favorite excuse?

I'm not good enough. 

I don't have time. 

I'm not fast enough. 

I'm not good looking enough. 

I'm not articulate enough. 

I'm not strong enough. 

I'm not brave enough. 

It's raining. 

It's not raining. 

It's snowing. 

It's not snowing. 

It's beautiful out. 

It's crummy out. 

What is your excuse? 

I guarantee you whatever your favorite excuse is... it's not good enough when it comes to your health, your fitness, your happiness, and your mindset.

I remember in junior high school, there were two reasons he would accept for you not coming to practice. The first one I remember was being five fathoms down in a submarine with all the hatches open. I forget what the other one was, but it was equally as, as challenging. 

You know, that'd be an excuse that would work or maybe if you weren't with us anymore, that excuse is acceptable too. 

Outside of that I don't think you got anything to keep you from eating well, moving every day, staying healthy and feeling great. 

So what's your excuse?
