Don't get hung up on doing things 100% perfect. 

Every body's body is different. 

So when I make a post that says to do A, B, C, or D... to eat this way... eat that way. It's up to you to test that out and see how that works for you.

I know not everybody can totally give up sugar. 

Not everybody can work out an hour a day.

Find what you can do and make small improvements every single day. 

Those little improvements add up over time. 

I always liked the saying when they talk about if you did one small thing every day, at the end of year, you've done 365 things. 

How much would that change your life? 

I'm going to encourage you... Peggy and Kim and I put all this stuff out there to help you figure out what works for you. None of it is a steadfast rule. Every bit of it are suggestions to help you to develop your best body, your best health to live a long, healthy fit life. 

That's it. That's today's message.

Just don't take everything so seriously. 

Now you need to take your health seriously. I'm trying to figure out the best way to say this. 

Don't take everything has to be done exactly as prescribed. I've been through this a lot in my life, you know, find some guru that's talking about something and I'll buy into it hook, line, and sinker. 

Then I'll kind of beat myself up if I don't do everything exactly as prescribed.

But you know what, when something is prescribed, say you're doing, uh, our detox, our 10 day detox and so many people get so hung up on doing everything perfect. 

I'll tell you what, if you just reduce sugar for those 10 days and got rid of processed food... my God, it would make massive changes in your life and your health. 

Figure out what works for you. Take these things, customize them.
